The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning – the second most severe – as the United Kingdom looks set to be battered by heavy rain until Monday. Covering vast swathes of South East England, the amber weather warning will remain in place until 1am on Sunday, October 29. It covers parts of Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Kent, Portsmouth and West Sussex.
