Criminals are becoming increasingly sophisticated in their tactics to con victims out of their personal details. Money.co.uk‘s quarterly Fraud and Cyber Crime Report revealed a significant increase of 1,407 scam cases in April, May, and June, collectively costing victims £593million. New weather maps show a huge storm vortex carrying 80mph winds hurtling towards the UK. It comes as the Met Office has extended its ‘danger to life’ warnings, now covering 112 areas across Britain as Storm Agnes prepares to batter the UK.
