The King George VI Victorian suite and the Belgian sapphire tiara are the third and fourth most expensive pieces of sapphire jewellery in the Royal Family, both estimated to be worth £5million each according to jewellery experts at Steven Stone.  The experts took a closer look at the original necklace and said it features 18 sapphires, sat on a gradient, ranging from eight to 30-carats, before it was redesigned in 1952.
